Happy Sunday Lovelies!
I hope everyone had a great weekend and you’re all excited and ready for the week ahead! I’ve come to really love Sundays! I’ve always had a love/hate relationship with them but now they’re actually my most relaxing day of the week… plus with my new schedule, I have no class on Monday’s 😋 so the “Sunday Scarries” don’t really affect me. haha.
A typical Sunday for me is church in the morning, then breakfast with my mom and Abuela. We usually make a big breakfast at home or go to the bakery and pick up our favorite pastelitos! They’re SO delicious! My favorite ones are the guava and cheese ones…and of course croquettas! SO healthy. But! My abuela always says that calories don’t count on Sundays, and abuela’s are always right.
I know it’s been quite some time since I’ve posted on here, and to be completely honest I’ve just been feeling a little uninspired lately. I’ve had a lot going on, and kinda just put my blog on the back burner. However, I was on Pinterest the other day (my main source of inspo!) and I read a quote that said “it’s not what happens, it’s how you handle it” and that really made me change my outlook on some things. When life throws you a situation that you can’t change, focus on changing yourself, and how you handle the situation. It’s so easy to get overwhelmed and give up, but instead just take a second, breathe, and figure it out….because in the end everything is figure-out- able lol. So with that, I want to wish everyone a happy and productive week!
